On the nose, it presents fruity aromas of ripe olives with medium-high intensity, featuring clear notes of fig tree and hazelnut, finishing with a pleasant aroma of aromatic herbs characteristic of a Picual with its own distinctive personality.

This medium-ripe fruitiness, with slight green notes, is sweet on entry to the palate, where fresh, healthy fig tree nuances and herbaceous notes can be appreciated. The bitterness then gently caresses the palate. The aftertaste of hazelnut and fig leaves a set of pleasant and delicate sensations. A medium-complexity oil.
